Dr. Seuss Receives Bipartisan Support [AUDIO]

Using Dr. Seuss during speeches is becoming all the rage with Democrats and Republicans alike.  It started during Ted Cruz’s epic quasi-filibuster against Obamacare when he decided it would be a good idea to read his daughters “Green Eggs and Ham” to put them to sleep.  Sarah Palin then went ahead and did a Dr. Seuss-esque poem during her address at CPAC.  Most recently, Ed Markey recited passages from “Lorax” while on the Senate floor during the Global Warming/Climate Change slumber party thrown by the Democrats.

“If we go back, it all started with Jesse Jackson on Saturday Night Live,” pointed out Morning Answer co-host Brian Whitman.   “He did Green Eggs and Ham years ago!”

“What’s the most entertaining about all this to me though, is the talking heads and the left like want to defend Obama regarding Ted Cruz or Sarah Palin, or anybody using Dr. Seuss and then they take it so seriously,” observed Morning Answer co-host Elisha Krauss.
