MLK Event Resembles Democratic Convention

Yesterday’s the “Let Freedom Ring” 50th Anniversary commemoration of the march on Washington and Dr. King’s “I Have a Dream Speech” looked like Democratic National Convention for awhile.

“It turned in to a rally for Obamacare, gay marriage, against voter ID laws and gun control,” explained Morning Answer host Ben Shapiro.  “It was Bizzaroworld.  Bill Clinton…really took it to a new level when he suggested that Dr. Martin Luther King’s ‘I Have a Dream’ speech really what it stood for was the proposition it should be difficult to get assault weapons.”

Brian Whitman mentioned that Jimmy Carter got some face time as well at the event along with President Obama.  “It was a moment in time, when there were two really horrible presidents on the dias at the same time,” commented Morning Answer guest host Victoria Taft.
