14-year-old Phillip D. Chism is facing murder charges after allegedly killing Colleen Ritzer, his 24-year-old teacher. Police say he ducked in to a movie after murdering her with a box cutter.
“One of the theories the police are floating around and that students have talked about is that he might have been infatuated with her and snapped when she spurned his advances,” reported Morning Answer co-host Elisha Krauss. “I’m wondering if this guy had premeditated this. There are over, get this, there are over 200 security cameras in this high school and they said that’s how they were able to piece together that he was suspect #1.”
“When I was a kid, the only young female teachers I had were when I was in Kindergarten and First Grade. By the time I hit middle school and high school, all my teachers were in their 40s. And I wonder if it’s a good idea to have teachers this young teaching young teenage males,” commented Morning Answer co-host Ben Shapiro, “because young teenage males, number one, don’t have any level of respect for young women.” Ben added that young men also have their hormones raging.
