The NFL has agreed to settle to pay out $765 million dollars to over 4,500 former players as a settlement to a lawsuit claiming concussion related injuries. Former player Fred Dryer joined the Morning Answer with his take on the issue.
Dryer said that there was a lot of truth to the claims and blamed it on poor training. “This has been a very poor tackling league for a long time now, and the reason is that they’re not teaching these guys…the fundamentals and skills of tackling…individual team tackling.”
