The new Rolling Stone cover features a rockstaresque picture of suspected Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. This has prompted cries of poor judgment from many and several major chains of stores have said they will not sell the edition.
“It’s not even just the cover, apparently the article inside is more appalling,” explained Morning Answer co-host Elisha Krauss. “Even the title of it is talking about how he was such a good boy and radical religion and politics changed him.”
“It’s this idea that there’s sex appeal to everyone and the media loves that.” commented Ben Shapiro. “Look, they wouldn’t have done this if he had been a 45 year old looking – if he was some fat guy who was putting bombs in pressure cookers and killing people in the middle of Boston, he wouldn’t be on the cover of the magazine.”
