The 85th Annual Academy Awards is getting mixed reviews over the choice of Seth McFarlane as this year’s host.
The opening sequence of the show included a musical number called “We Saw Your Boobs” where host McFarlane sang about all of the stars who have bared their breasts in major movies.
Morning Answer Co-host Ben Shapiro didn’t seem surprised. “There are two things that make you a star in Hollywood now,” Ben explained. “Playing gay, and bearing your breasts.”
He went on to explain, “The big one right now is you have to play a lesbian, if you’re a gal, or you have to take off your top and then you have artistic integrity.” Ben then relayed the story of his cousin who was a child star and how Hollywood started approaching her around 14 or 15 with roles where she would have to start exposing herself.
The conversation then turned to Michelle Obama’s awkward appearance towards the end of the show and how it was a big “thank you” to Hollywood.
