PCH in Dana Point is expected to remain closed until noon after a rockslide. A large boulder toppled on to the highway shortly before 4am.
Several vehicles sustained damaged, however it is not known whether they hit the boulder or it was from the boulder falling on them.
TV news shots showed the boulder being broken up in to several smaller pieces to be removed from the highway. It was estmiated to be around 200 square feet.
Nobody was injured as a result of the falling rock.
